By accessing or using Dishiary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Description of Service
Dishiary is a mobile application for food logging and nutrition tracking. Users can log meals with photos, track restaurant visits, discover nearby restaurants, and receive AI-powered nutrition insights. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide nutritional estimates.
User Accounts
You must create an account using Apple Sign-In to use Dishiary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
Subscription & Billing
Dishiary offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Dishiary for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that is harmful or offensive, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or service restrictions, to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
AI & Nutrition Disclaimers
Nutritional information provided by Dishiary's AI analysis is estimated and should not be considered medical advice. Nutritional estimates may not be accurate for all foods. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary guidance. Dishiary is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated nutritional estimates.
Third-Party Services
Dishiary integrates with Google Places for restaurant discovery. Use of restaurant data is subject to Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party restaurant information including ratings, reviews, hours, or contact details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Dishiary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered nutritional analysis. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishiary and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
